We are the biggest employer in the Borders and we know that we play a key role in the Borders’ community.

Our plans include:

  • Review the progress made in working towards the equality outcomes agreed with Scottish Government.
  • Continue the roll out of People Planning across all services to ensure we forward plan appropriately with regards to our workforce   
  • Use our new IT systems to transform its back-office processes through new, modern and  efficient software
