Developing our Workforce - Budget challenge

We are the biggest employer in the Borders and we know that we play a key role in the Borders’ community.

Our plans include:

Review the progress made in working towards the equality outcomes agreed with Scottish Government.
Continue the roll out of People Planning across all services to ensure we forward plan appropriately with regards to our workforce
Use our new IT systems to transform its back-office processes through new, modern and efficient software
