Stop Early Redundancy Packages

Why the contribution is important

What is the point in paying out handsome early redundancy packages to staff, only to go a remploy someone else to do the same work under a newly created role?  You're a meant to be reducing headcount at senior level not increasing it and disquising it with consultants on neverending contracts that are not on the payrole.
